one more thing
My car has stock 14" steel , I 've done arround 40 and thinking of getting me some nice rims by the time I reach 50 ( new tires anyways )
I couldn't find anywhere on the car what is the maximum size I could get
Should Get a 14" rims with wider base like most ppl suggested or should I get 15 ?

The current one installed are 14 165x55
and excuse my stupidness but does alloys/rims affect bodyroll ? I mean my car has a huge gap between the wheel an the caritself well getting bigger wheels would reduce bodyroll ? Or Should I go the lame way by cutting the springs themselves ??

and the ride is a bit HARSH right now , with alloys would that get harsher or softer ( to the ppl inside the cabin that is )

i'd recommend 15s for sure as this will boost your car's handling as you eventually will get wider tires and thus increas stability and cornering performance

try to search for your car on car websites... they might have it somewhere with bigger wheel/tire setup if they got the specs listed then you will find what you are looking for

i did my calculations and found that with 15" rims you need 15/45/185 or 15/40/185 and if you can go wider you will get 15/40/195... i am not 100% sure so you gotta check your car on some other countries and see whats the OEM setup that is bigger than yours.

bigger rim/tire will make the ride more harsh as you are losing the tire hight that is damping some of the bumps... but since you are not going to use some crazy profile like35 or 30 then the effect won't be that bad... also notice that lower profile makes your rim more volunrable to breaking due to bumps and pot holes.

bigger tires and rims will not reduce body roll... this is a suspension thing... you can get sport springs or thicker anti sway bars

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT CUTTING SPRINGS.... it is not the right way to do it and you might strain the spring and cause it to break under load... don't do it

just search for some decent sport springs and those will lower your car and make it even more stiffer and enhance cornering
